One of Kelly’s favorite charities is Feeding America because they feed hungry families across the country all year long – not just at Christmas time! (Kelly donated $50k worth of cash and prizes for their annual Hunger Games competition which raised over $500k!)
Donating blood: This past November marked our first GivingBlood campaign with American Red Cross! For every donor who came out we donated $25 to the Red Cross, and we had a lot of fun with it too.
Feeding America’s Hunger Games: This past November marked our first #GivingBlood campaign which raised over half-a-million dollars! For every donor who came out, Kelly donated cash (and prizes) for their annual Hunger Games competition which raises money on behalf of Feeding America – an organization that feeds hungry families across the country all year long – not just at Christmas time.

Rice & Beans Campaign: On December 17th Kelly will be doing her part in helping World Food Programme provide rice and beans to millions facing hunger by appearing in this campaign ad for the US Rice and Beans Council, which will be aired during her performance on Christmas Eve as a part of her “My Grown Up Christmas List” Tour.
Purchasing presents for children who are in foster care: We had so much fun with this campaign! Kelly became an official sponsor of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America’s Adopt-A-Family program by buying gifts for family members (and they even matched what we donated). It was awesome to see how excited people were about shopping for these kids.
Listening to our #KellyClarksonChristmas playlist: All December long, fans have been tweeting their favorite holiday songs at Kelly via Twitter using the hashtag KellyClarksonChristmasPlaylist – she’s been adding them to her own playlist, which is available on Spotify.
Facilitating the Adopt-A-Family campaign: Kelly has teamed up with “My Grown Up Christmas List” partners Delta Air Lines and UPS to make adoptions easier for families through this program by providing monetary donations when customers buy tickets or shipping packages at deltaairlines.com/AdoptAFamily
Singing classics like “Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer,” “All I Want For Christmas Is You,” and “Somebody’s Watching Me”: Though she couldn’t remember all of his words from memory anymore, they played it during soundcheck one day so that he could sing along.
