The great thing about cleaning your dog’s poop from your carpet is that a few weeks after the dog has left, you can go back and clean the carpet and still be wearing the same pair of shoes that you just bought. This way you can get over the guilt and keep your dog’s poop clean and smell fresh.
This is another trick that I’m learning all the time. It is also one of the things that I’ve found to be most useful in my life. It’s simple enough that you can do it for your dog, and once you’ve done it, it’s not that hard to do it again.
The last couple of weeks have been the worst for dog poop control. We have had a couple of days of really high dog poop counts, so many that Ive moved from cleaning to putting new ones down to get rid of the poop. Ive been trying to figure out what is causing it, but have not been able to find anything that will kill it for me.

The carpet is usually fine, but the dryer has been giving me a hard time. It has a built-in dust filter, but the filter can’t filter the really thick dog poop.

My last big pile of dog poop was about 3 feet across and I had to go out and get the whole area cleaned. Dog poop is a very common problem around here and the best way to deal with it is to use the same method as you would for cleaning up a pool. Get a bucket and dig a hole in the grass. Then fill it up with sand and water. Place an old blanket or something underneath the bucket to catch any water that has seeped out. I also have a bunch of small plastic bags for bags of dog poop.
When you have a wet pile of dog poop, it can get slippery and sticky. And when you add water to a pile of dog poop, it also gets sticky.
For cleaning dogs and humans, a lot of pet owners use a “Dry-Bath” method. In this method, you soak the wet dog poop in a bucket of warm water, which makes it easier to scoop the poop out. The problem with this method is that you don’t get a nice clean pile of wet dog poop, but a pile of wet dog poop with some dog hair stuck to it.
I guess some people would argue that there’s nothing wrong with the dry-bath method, but I’m not sure it’s really a clean method at all. Instead of cleaning the poop, you could use a vacuum cleaner to vacuum the hair out. However, that method would also only get rid of the hair in the wet piles.
