It’s not so much how long the gum will last as the fact that it’s been damaged and needs something to replace it. I’ve found that if you are going to deep clean, you need to wait until the gum is completely dried before you actually start.

After two videos of short, quick gameplay videos, we move to a two-and-a-half minute long video that tells us a few key details about the game, but doesn’t tell us anything about the actual gameplay. The game is being developed by Arkane and will be released in summer of 2010. So it’s a little too soon to tell whether they might be able to provide us with a more realistic healing algorithm. But, as the video said, the Visionaries are extremely powerful and will likely have healing abilities you won’t believe.
The problem is that the Visionaries can heal you for a very long time. I mean, it took me a while to figure out that they heal all of the Visionaries in three days. It turns out, that is not true, because these Visionaries can heal you for a long time and then disappear again. Then when you’re still healing them, they can heal you again for longer.
There are some cool stuff in this video, because it shows how the Visionaries heal for a long time. But then it changes when the Visionaries disappear. Then it changes again when you change your mind about what you want to do. It’s like the old saying “painting an elephant once doesn’t mean you get it painted again,” so it’s great that the Visionaries can heal you for a long time and then disappear again.
This is a lot like how we talk about paint with our customers: Once we first start painting, we know what we are doing, and we are so confident in our abilities, that we don’t worry about things like how long it will take to paint the house. But we can’t know that long-term.
