The ding fries are done, and they’re perfect. The first thing you need to do is get a really good frying pan. Throw in some oil because the ding fries won’t fry themselves! Then put in your potatoes so that they can cook evenly. After about 15 minutes or so, take them out of the pan and lay them on paper towels to cool down for 5 minutes (this will help make sure that it doesn’t all drip off). Be careful not to burn yourself with the hot oil, because this isn’t something you want to experience first hand!
After the ding fries are cooled off, you’re going to want a really good sauce. We recommend that you get one of those jars with syrup in it. Put some on top and voila! You’ve got yourself your next afternoon snack. Or maybe even breakfast? Breakfast for dinner is always a winner too (and don’t forget dessert) !!!
The Perfectly Tasty Ding Fries – The first thing you need to do is get a really good frying pan. Throw in some oil because the ding fries won’t fry themselves! Then put in your potatoes so that they can cook evenly. You might want some salt and pepper on there, but it’s really up to you! In the end what matters is that you like them. The ding fries don’t care as long as they’re done right. And when does a little bit of ketchup make anything better? (Unless we’re talking about oxford commas…) It can spice things up if needed or just be used for dipping your dings in before eating them all alone -either way these delicious potatoes will do the trick! So get cooking and see how perfect your own recipe turns out. You’ll never go back once you try this technique because ding fries are done…done well at least…and who doesn’t like to eat a delicious ding all by themselves?
Isn’t that the best feeling in the world when you can say “I made this”? I know it is for me. There’s nothing better than cooking something up and having people enjoy your food even if they don’t quite understand how much work goes into each one of those tasty potatoes! Remember, though: these are only just perfect ding fries with some salt and pepper…you will have to make them perfect on your own 😊
How do you make ding fries?
Thoroughly wash potatoes to remove dirt and any other unwanted substances.
Slice the potatoes into thin, even pieces (don’t forget to cut off the ends).
Boil them for 15 minutes or until they are tender inside but not falling apart with a fork inserted in one of their corners.
Drain out all of the excess water then allow them cool if necessary. Afterwards, season however you like! I prefer using salt and pepper; it tastes so good on its own! But feel free to add anything your heart desires from cheese to ranch dressing…or maybe some garlic powder because that’s always tasty too 🤗👍🏼

The last step is baking it in the oven until crisp–a few minutes should do it. This time we only needed an hour because there were so many fries.
